« Catalpa » is a South American tree which grows 6 meters high and has elegant aromatic white flowers with intricate violet and yellow designs on the petals. Not only does the trees provide an attractive landscape but also produces a pod-like fruit, approximately 71 cm large. Some Catalpa are growing on the golf course of Atamisque property.

Alcohol content: 14.0%
Acidity: 6.2 g/l
Vineyard information: 1,300 meters above sea level. Alluvial soil with a rock foundation and top layers of sand-textured earth.
Production: Must: press of whole bunches at cool temperature. Flow by gravity (without using pumps). Fermentation 50% in French oak, 50% in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation is natural and completed in barrels (only the part previously fermented in oak barrels)

Colour: Golden yellow with green glints
Aroma: Delicate, white fruits (apple, pinapple) and citric fruits describers; the aging in French oak brings notes of honey and vanilla
Mouth: Elegant, smooth, great balance between fruit and French oak
